SoberHomePath (soberhomepath.com) publishes educational information and tools about starting and operating sober living homes, and sells one digital product, the Sober Living Startup and Certification Kit. Using the site means you accept these terms and the disclaimer, which is part of them.

Information, not professional advice

Nothing on this site is legal, medical, clinical, financial, or tax advice, and no professional relationship is created by using it. Requirements vary by state and change; you are responsible for verifying current requirements with the relevant authorities and for the decisions you make in your business.

The kit purchase

The Sober Living Startup and Certification Kit is a one-time digital purchase of $199, delivered instantly as a personalized web document with a permanent access link. The kit price itself never recurs. It is licensed to you for use in your own venture: use it, print it, adapt its frameworks for your house. Do not resell or republish it. It comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee, described on the refund policy page.

The SoberHomePath Pro membership

SoberHomePath Pro is an optional monthly membership offered at kit checkout for $19 per month. It appears pre-selected on the order form with its price stated in plain sight, and removing it before you pay takes one click. When you buy it, your first month is charged at checkout together with the kit, and it renews automatically at $19 each month until you cancel. Membership unlocks the kit's full framework for all 50 states, downloadable templates, and a dated updates log.

Cancel anytime: email support@soberhomepath.com and we process cancellations the same day. Cancelling stops all future monthly charges; your membership access runs to the end of the period you already paid for, there is no proration, and your one-time kit purchase and its guarantee are unaffected. Charges appear on your card statement from our payment processor as WATERMARK LLC.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site: no scraping at abusive volume, no attempting to access other customers' kits, no using our content to misrepresent certification you do not hold, and no illegal use of any kind. We may suspend access that abuses the service.

Intellectual property

The site's content, design, and the kit are ours or licensed to us. Quoting reasonable excerpts with a link is welcome; wholesale republication is not. Third-party names such as NARR, its affiliates, and government agencies belong to their owners; we reference them for identification and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or certified by any of them.

No warranties; limitation of liability

The site and the kit are provided as-is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SoberHomePath and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or kit, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
