The Sober Living Startup and Certification Kit comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If it is not the right fit, for any reason, tell us within 30 days of purchase and we will refund the full $199. No questions, no forms, no hoops.
How to request a refund
Email support@soberhomepath.com from the address you used at checkout (or include your receipt) within 30 days of your purchase, and say you would like a refund. That is the whole process. Refunds are issued to the original payment method; card refunds typically appear within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
What the guarantee covers
The guarantee covers the Sober Living Startup and Certification Kit itself. It does not expire because you opened or printed the kit; a digital product you cannot look at before deciding would be a hollow guarantee. What we ask in return is simple honesty, and we reserve the right to decline repeat purchase-and-refund cycles by the same buyer.
The SoberHomePath Pro membership
SoberHomePath Pro ($19 per month) is cancel-anytime: email support@soberhomepath.com and we process the cancellation the same day, which stops all future monthly charges. Your access runs to the end of the month you already paid for. If you meant to cancel and a renewal still went through, tell us and we will make it right. Cancelling the membership never touches your one-time kit purchase or its 30-day guarantee.
What a refund does not change
A refund closes your access link. And as everywhere on this site: the kit is information, so a refund is about the product's usefulness to you, never a warranty about certification decisions, occupancy, or business results, which no honest information product can promise.
