What we collect

• Email address, if you subscribe to updates or join a product waitlist.
• Purchase details, if you buy the Sober Living Startup and Certification Kit: your email, the state and house model you selected, and payment confirmation. Payment itself is processed by Stripe; your card number never touches our servers.
• Basic usage data (pages viewed, approximate region, device type) through standard analytics, used only to understand what content helps.

Our free tools (the path finder, calculator, and rules builder) run in your browser and do not send us what you type or select.

What we do with it

We use your email to deliver what you asked for: your kit access link, receipts, and, if you subscribed, occasional updates. We do not sell or rent personal information, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not compile profiles about visitors. Service providers that touch data on our behalf (Stripe for payments, Resend for email, our hosting provider) process it only to provide their service.

Unsubscribe and deletion

Every marketing email carries a working unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing is honored immediately. To have your personal information deleted, email support@soberhomepath.com from the address in question; we will delete what we hold, except records we must keep for tax and payment compliance.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies and similar storage for things like remembering that you dismissed a popup and basic analytics. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

A note on sensitivity

This site is for people building recovery housing. Visiting it says nothing about anyone's health, and we design accordingly: we do not ask about your recovery status anywhere, and we suggest you never submit anyone else's health information through this site. Resident records belong in your house's confidential files, not in our inbox.

Changes and contact
